I live in Cincinnati and I’m undecided on where I want to go to school, I’ve narrowed it down to three schools Xavier,Cincinnati State, and UC

Definitely UC.
The University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music is recognized both nationally and internationally as one of the leading conservatories of the performing arts and electronic media.
